Pensacola's Joyce Webb Nobles Bridge

This week, I was honored to join Representative Clay Ford in dedicating the "Joyce Webb Nobles Bridge"  in Pensacola. I cannot think of a more deserving honoree and I thank Ms. Nobles for her lifetime of dedication and service to the Pensacola community. To read more about the ceremony, click here. 

The "High-Stakes" of Synthetic Drugs

If you have a few minutes, I invite you to read this week's article, that ran in the Tallahassee Democrat, which details the real dangers of synthetic drugs and why we must continue to take this battle to Tallahassee and focus our efforts on passing legislation to crack down on the makers and vendors of these substances.  It has been a continued joint effort on behalf of lawmakers, local law enforcement and members of the local community to put a stop to the selling and use of synthetic drugs, as it should be, and I am committed to doing my part and giving our law enforcement officials the tools they need to protect our citizens from the lethal consequences of these substances.
